A young patient reported having lost her front teeth, which had occurred a few days earlier as a result of being hit by an electric scooter driver. The treatment consisted of immediate dental implants placements and temporary reconstruction of the teeth. Thanks to this our patient regained her full smile on the same day. Insertion of implants in the anterior region is extremely challenging. To achieve a natural appearance and high aesthetics, it often requires additional regenerative treatments on the surrounding soft and hard tissues. Presented effect is smile after the final prosthetic reconstruction on the abutment specially produced for our patient. The golden colour of the abutment is the result of being covered with a layer of titanium nitride, which allows for greater biocompatibility and aesthetics.
Placing of 3 implants using a guided surgery
Patient complained on pain while eating. To restore patient's comfort, we have planned endodontic treatment of teeth with inflammatory changes. Removal of 3 compromised teeth and immediate insertion of implants, the surgical template helped to achieve ideal positions of implants in accordance with computer design.
